JZX801A router collector is a gas meter wireless automatic meter reading and billing system developed collector, installed on the meter reading site. After the collector parameters are matched and set with the meter end module and concentrator parameters, only power supply is needed after installation. It plays a connecting role in the meter reading system, used to record and upload gas meter data, and issue meter reading commands to the meter end module. The collector is embedded with the national standard 645-97 gas meter protocol and also has the function of pulse gas meter reading. Users can set the corresponding working protocol mode for the collector using the matching upper computer setting software according to the type of metering protocol.


Functional features:
*The collector module has a low transmission power, with a maximum transmission power of 50MW, which meets the national standards for the meter reading industry.
*Equipped with routing and networking functions, with a maximum routing level of 5, it can be a target collector or a relay hop device for other collectors.
*Communication path query function (view path through JZX812B concentrator).
*Adopting LORA communication method, the wireless operating frequencies are 433MHz and 490MHz, providing 16 communication channels. Users can easily switch their communication channels through the upper computer configuration software to improve anti-interference ability.
*The collector microcontroller is equipped with the national standard 645-97 gas meter protocol, which can be used in conjunction with existing gas meter protocol types to achieve meter reading function without the need for users to rewrite the program.
*It has real-time data collection, valve opening/closing function, and scheduled data collection function on the table end.
*Belonging to the middle layer of the meter reading communication system, it plays a bridging role in the communication between the concentrator and the meter end. And it has the function of storing meter reading data.
*Open two TTL serial communication interfaces, namely COM1 and COM2 ports, which can be connected to a PC for wired operation of the collector.
*Each collector can manage up to 1500 gas meters.
*The collector is in regular standby mode and powered by a 220V power supply.
*The outer shell of the routing collector is designed with aluminum alloy, which has good processability, waterproof and explosion-proof, safe and reliable, and is easy to install.
*According to the Modbus communication protocol format, the maximum ID number of the routing collector is FF (255), which means that each set of integrated reading system can accommodate a maximum of 255 routing collectors.
